Carroll Hills Council

Carroll Hills Council is a parent/ professional organization that functions similar to a PTO or booster club in public schools. The main difference is the Council helps meet the needs of both children and adults served by the Carroll County Board of MR/DD. The Council raises money through dues, donations, and fundraisers.

A few of the fundraisers held annually include a spaghetti dinner, rummage sale, and hotdog stand. Some of the areas Council monies help fund include field trips, dances, and equipment for the school, workshop and the Carroll Hills Cougars Special Olympics teams. The Council also helps fund MR/DD Awareness Month activities each March, levy campaigns and many other needs that arise. Carroll Hills Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month.

Please call for time and location at 330-627-6555. We invite and encourage parents, families and others to join our organization.
