Basketball Coaches: Black Team - Tomi Moore Gold Team - Dan Donnelly
Basketball practice began on November 7 for the Gold Team at Carroll Hills School -3 to 4 pm
The Black Team began on November 9th from 3-4:30 pm at Carroll Hills School also.

Cheerleader Advisors: Dani Burrier & Renee Sprague
Cheerleader's practice will be held at Carroll Hills School on Mondays - 3-4 PM.
The Cheerleader's schedule has them cheering the Cougars on for VICTORY at the following Home Games - January 5,17, February 1,22,27,& March 2.
